         “System Engineering Leader, standard installation, customer's impression on services, and development of the work to international stage”
          In management of the Company, in order to ensure that the quality policy is understood and seriously implemented, the operational guidelines are as follows.

Top management shall support its resources and personnel sufficiently and appropriately for quality policy implementation to meet the Company's objectives.
Personnel in the organization shall have knowledge and abilities adequate for performing their own duties by providing systematic and continual training and development which are under the joint responsibility between the employees and the Company.
To review agreement to ensure that the Company correctly understands the customers' demands and can respond to the customers' demands by punctually delivering the works without delay in work delivery if practical.
To specify requirements and control methods of service procedures to be in accordance with the documentary requirements in order to prevent the complaints made by customers due to the services not in compliance with the demands from customers.
Upon inspecting the non-compliance with the requirements or upon receiving complaints from customers, the Company shall record this matter and take corrective actions, including ensure that the same will not reoccur in the future.
To inspect and follow up the internal activities with regard to the quality system in a proper time to ensure that the quality system is still effective.
To collect, process, report, and utilize the data on quality.
